How to get registered
Registering takes a few minutes and costs nothing
If your organization isn't already a participant, here's the whole process:
Check whether you're already registered.
Many agencies are already registered with Sourcewell. Use Sourcewell's Agency Lookup tool to find your organization and your existing account number.
Complete the online registration.
Fill out and submit Sourcewell's brief participating agency application. No fee, no membership costs, no obligation to ever place an order.
Receive your Sourcewell account number.
Once your registration is processed, Sourcewell issues your official account number. That is your key to contract pricing on any awarded contract — including Winter Equipment's.
Located in Canada? Sourcewell partners with the Canoe Procurement Group of Canada for registration. A military installation? Sourcewell supports procurement through an Intergovernmental Support Agreement (IGSA) — contact Sourcewell directly to get started.
